Once a month, a member of our management team personally reaches out to every staff member and client (or their family, where appropriate) with just one simple question:

“How are you?”

It might sound small, but this question opens the door to meaningful conversations. It gives everyone the opportunity to talk — about life, about work, or about anything else that might be on their mind. Whether it’s a minor concern, a bigger issue, or even just sharing something positive, we’re here to listen.

Why We Do It

The goal of our Wellness Checks is to catch the small things before they become big things. Life is busy, and sometimes it’s easy for worries to go unnoticed. By regularly checking in, we create space for open and honest communication — and that makes all the difference.
